Good Times & Great Oldies... Indeed, that is what the show is all about! Hi I am Martin and I host two radio shows here in the town of Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. Oldies 88.7 features all the best music from the 1950s to the 1970s. You'll hear it all from the Ad-Libs, to Zagar & Evans. I also promise to tell you each and every oldy I play! There are also other features to the show including your sports scores at the bottom of the hour, and also, Martin's "What Were You Thinking" part of the show at :45 past the hour. The British Beat, which follows oldies 88.7 is a show that features the great music from the United Kingdom. I play the great songs from the British Invasion, and also some British music from today! I have also been known to play songs that you may have forgotten about, or may not have even heard of! In fact, when was the last time you heard, Tell Me When, by the Applejacks? How about You're My World from Cilla Black?
I also announce the final British & Scottish football results at around 1215pm. At 1245pm, I have news and information on what is making news in Britain from that week.
